He has held senior technical and leadership roles with operators and service companies including Laredo Petroleum, BHP Billiton, Occidental Petroleum, Weatherford, and TESCO Corporation, delivering consistent improvements in drilling performance, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across major U.S. basins and offshore environments. Varoon’s background spans drilling optimization, horizontal and extended-reach well design, casing drilling, and real-time data systems, with a strong focus on translating proven field solutions into scalable commercial offerings. As a co-founder, he brings an execution-driven mindset that ensures Terrevis delivers practical, high-impact technologies that create measurable value for clients and durable confidence for investors.
